Well done to all our athletes who participated in the Thames Turbo Sprint Triathlon at Hampton Pool. An early start didn’t put anyone off and Stephen and Serena even managed to win their age groups. This was race three in our 2026 East London Triathletes Grand Prix.
We were in Chingford League action this week in round #4 of the winter running series. A 5k at the Olympic Velopark and it looks like our track sessions are paying off for a number of us with PB’s a plenty.
Of course we had to celebrate after – a small break before getting back to training…
